RX: Keep the intended sprint by staying unbroken or near-unbroken. If needed, reduce Thruster to 52.5/35 kg or chest-to-bar volume slightly.
Intermediate: 6 Thruster (42.5 kg men / 30 kg women), 6 Pull Up, 12 Double Under or 24 Single Under.
Scaled: 6 Dumbbell Thruster or light Thruster, 6 Ring Row or Jumping Pull Up, 24 Single Under. Keep transitions fast and rest minimal.
