-15 Wall Ball Shots (9 kg men / 6 kg women)

Scaling options:
RX: 15 reps at the prescribed load; keep unbroken or near-unbroken sets.
Intermediate: 15 reps at 6 kg men / 4 kg women if needed to preserve steady pace and repeatability.
Scaled: 10-12 reps with a lighter ball and/or lower target to maintain a continuous cycling effort.
