All male divisions will do the movements as followed:
1600m run (4 laps)
10 rounds of:
10 Pull-Ups
20 Push-Ups
30 Air Squats
1600m run (4 laps)

All female divisions will do the movements as followed:
1600m Run (4 laps)
33 Rounds of:
3 Pull-Ups
6 Push-Ups
9 Air Squats
1600m Run (4 laps)

*First round for female athletes will be 4 pull ups, 8 push ups and 12 air squats
Time cap: 55 min.
Tiebreaker is competion of the last air squat.
