"MURPH" All male divisions will do the movements as followed: 1600m run (4 laps) 10 rounds of: 10 Pull-Ups 20 Push-Ups 30 Air Squats 1600m run (4 laps) --------- All female divisions will do the movements as followed: 1600m Run (4 laps) 33 Rounds of: 3 Pull-Ups 6 Push-Ups 9 Air Squats 1600m Run (4 laps) -------- *First round for female athletes will be 4 pull ups, 8 push ups and 12 air squats Time cap: 55 min. Tiebreaker is competion of the last air squat. This classic benchmark will test your gymnastics endurance on the spot. While wearing a weight vest (9/6kg), athletes will perform the following:
