RX: For time: 45 pull ups 30 sandbag cleans (150/100) 30 chest to bar pull ups 20 sandbag cleans 15 bar muscle ups 10 sandbag cleans SCALED: For time: 45 jumping pull ups 30 sandbag cleans (100/50) 30 jumping chest to bar pull ups 20 sandbag cleans 15 pull ups 10 sandbag cleans Pull ups and chest to bars may be kipping or butterfly. Partners may switch as needed, and reps do not need to be split evenly. Athletes must reach full extension of the knees and hips with sandbag at the shoulder. One hand must extend to show control at the shoulder before dropping the sandbag. There is a 10-minute time cap for this workout. If a team does not complete all the work within the time cap, their score will be the number of reps they’ve completed in the 10 minutes.
