Hanging knee raises must show knees cleaning the height of the hip crease.
Partners may switch as needed, and reps do not need to be split evenly.
There is a 20-minute time cap for this workout. If a team does not complete all the work within the time cap, their score will be the number of reps they’ve completed in the 20 minutes.
