RX: Partner 1: For Time: 45 bar-facing burpees 45 thrusters (95/65) Partner 2: 3 rounds: 15 bar-facing burpees 15 thrusters (95/65) SCALED: Partner 1: For Time: 45 bar-facing burpees 45 thrusters (75/55) Partner 2: 3 rounds: 15 bar-facing burpees 15 thrusters (75/55) *12 min time cap Scaled athletes will perform the workout with 75 lbs for men and 55 lbs for ladies. Partner 1 must complete their portion before Partner 2 can begin theirs. There is a 12-minute time cap for this workout. If a team does not complete all the work within the time cap, their score will be the number of reps they’ve completed in the 12 minutes.
