10 Movement 3) Bar Muscle-ups
Athletes start behind the line and on the call of 3,2,1, go…. 3 athletes run towards the rig towards the 3 kettlebells. Athletes may be in any order but have to squat in a line formation all in the same direction facing the crowd. Every 10 reps the team step forward 1m. Synchronisation is achieved when all 3 athletes initiate the squat together and show control in the lockout of the KB above their heads.
Movement 1, 2 or 3 can be done by any person swapping out whenever they wish however only one person can be at the rig, the other 2 must remain at their KB with it rested on their shoulder and can only swap when the 3rd member returns from the rig and has picked up their kettlebell.
Once all reps are completed all athletes must cross the line with their KBs to finish.
