For Time: (8:00 Cap) 30 SA KB Thruster Tri-Syncro 24/16kg 30 KB Swings 20 SA KB Thruster Tri-Syncro 24/16kg 20 Pull-ups 10 SA KB Thruster Tri-Syncro 32/20kg 10 C2B Pull-ups Athletes start behind the line and on the call of 3,2,1, go…. 3 athletes run towards the rig towards the 3 kettlebells. Athletes may be in any order but have to squat in a line formation all in the same direction facing the crowd. Every 10 reps the team step forward 1m. Synchronisation is achieved when all 3 athletes initiate the squat together and show control in the lockout of the KB above their heads. Movement 1, 2 or 3 can be done by any person swapping out whenever they wish however only one person can be at the rig, the other 2 must remain at their KB with it rested on their shoulder and can only swap when the 3rd member returns from the rig and has picked up their kettlebell.
