Event 1: “Fran Relay” Rx: 21 Thrusters (115/85) 21 Pull-ups 15 Thrusters (135/95) 15 C2B Pull-ups 9 Thrusters (155/105) 9 Bar Muscle-ups Time Cap: 10 minutes Masters: 21 Thrusters (95/65) 15 Pull-ups 15 Thrusters (115/85) 12 C2B Pull-ups 9 Thrusters (135/95) 6 Bar Muscle-ups Time Cap: 10 minutes Scaled: 21 Thrusters (95/65) 21 Pull-ups 15 Thrusters (105/75) 15 Pull-ups 9 Thrusters (115/80) 9 Pull-ups Time Cap: 10 minutes This workout will be completed in a relay style (you go, I go). Partner 1 will complete 21 Thrusters and then tag Partner 2. After Partner 2 finishes their Thrusters, they will make the tag and Partner 1 will complete 21 Pull-ups. Continue this pattern until the workout is completed or the time cap is reached. Teams may change weights at anytime during the workout.
