...Calories Loading (For Time) F/F pair will begin with three rounds of 4 rope climbs (you go, I go) & 14 synchro alternating dumbbell snatch. During this time, the M/M pair is accumulating calories on the echo bike. Once F/F pair completes 3 rounds, the M/M pair begins their 3 rounds and F/F pair will continue to accumulate calories on the echo bike. Once both pairs have completed their 3 rounds, as a team of 4, they accumulate calories until the time cap of 12 minutes. Two scores: Time to complete 6 total rounds & accumulated echo calories. For Time (CAP 12) workout completed in M/M, F/F pairs.
