ALL DIVISIONS
4 min for Max Reps
2min Max cross overs
2min Max bar MU’s/C2B/PU
Teams will begin on the Cross Overs and will have 2 minutes to complete as many repetitions on the jump rope as possible. At the 2 minute mark, they will start on the rig for their gymnastics.
Muscle Ups = 10 reps for each repetition competed
Chest to Bar Pullups = 4 reps for each repetition completed
Pullups = 1 rep for each repetition completed
