ALL DIVISIONS 3 min for Max Reps 1:30 min Max cross overs 1:30 min Max bar MU’s/C2B/PU Athletes will begin on the Cross Overs and will have 90 seconds to complete as many repetitions on the jump rope as possible. At the 1:30 minute mark, they will start on the rig for their gymnastics. Muscle Ups = 10 reps for each repetition competed Chest to Bar Pullups = 4 reps for each repetition completed Pullups = 1 rep for each repetition completed
