For Time:
3 Rounds
7 Power Snatch 65/45#
14 Chest to Bar Pull Ups
Then, Rest 3 minutes before continuing with:
3 Rounds
5 Hang Power Snatch 85/65#
10 Bar Muscle Ups
Time Cap: 12 Minutes, including 3 Minute Rest Period
Score is total time it takes to complete the entire workout or the total number of repetitions completed before the 12 minute time cap.
Tie-breaker will be the time at the end of your final Chest to Bar Pull Up in the first couplet.
Teens 14-15 Division
Boys will use 65# barbell then 85# barbell
Girls will use 45# barbell then 65# barbell
