Athlète pendant un WOD avec chest-to-bar pull-ups
For Time:
3 Rounds
7 Power Snatch 95/65#
14 Chin Over Bar Pull Ups
Then, Rest 3 minutes before continuing with:
3 Rounds
5 Hang Power Snatch 115/80#
10 Chest to Bar Pull Ups
Time Cap: 12 Minutes, including 3 Minute Rest Period
Score is total time it takes to complete the entire workout or the total number of repetitions completed before the 12 minute time cap.
Tie-breaker will be the time at the end of your final Chin Over Bar Pull Ups in the first couplet.
Intermediate/Scaled Division
Men will use 95# barbell and then 115# barbell
Women will use 65# barbell and then 80# barbell
