30/21 Cals on Assault Bike or Echo Bike
Time Cap: 5 Minutes
Score is total time it takes to complete the entire workout or the total number of repetitions completed before the 5 minute time cap.
Pro/RX Division, Pro/RX Team Division, Masters 35-39 Division, 40-44 Division, 45-49 Division, 50-54 Division, Teens 16-17 Division
Men will use 50# DB
Women will use 35# DB
Intermediate/Scaled, Intermediate Team Division, Masters 55-59 Division,
60+ Division, Teens 14-15 Division, Community Division
Men will use 35# DB
Women will use 25# DB
Under 8 Division
Boys & Girls will use 5# DB & Run 200m instead of calories on the bike
Kids 8-11 Division
Boys & Girls will use 10# DB & Run 200m instead of calories on the bike
Kids 11-13 Division
Boys & Girls will use 15# DB & 15/10 Calories on Bike or if height is an issue can also run 200m instead
