16 Min AMRAP 300 Double Unders each 120/100 cal Row 120/100 cal Echo Bike -into- Max Bar Muscle Ups Tie Break: Time to complete the Double Unders and calories on the machines Both partners work through 300 Double Unders each. When a partner finishes their individual Double Unders they start working on the machine calories. Partners may switch on the machines however they see fit. Once all calories are completed on both machines the team moves on to max Bar Muscle Ups in time remaining.
