16 Min AMRAP 450 Single Unders each 100/80 cal Row 100/80 cal Echo Bike -into- Max Burpee Pullups Tie Break: Time to complete the Double Unders and calories on the machines Both partners work through 450 Single Unders each. When a partner finishes their individual Single Unders they may immediately start working on the machine calories. Partners may switch on the machines however they see fit. Once all calories are completed on both machines the team moves on to max Burpee Pullups in time remaining.
