25.1. A „Road to Heaven“

Workout 25.1
Part A: 12 min AMRAP
- 12/9 Cal Row
- 9 Burpee Over The Rower
- 6 Dual Dumbbell Thruster (RX 22.5/15 kg) (Int. 12,5KG)
Standards:
- Row calories must fully register before athlete leaves the machine.
- Burpee over rower: Chest must touch the floor at the bottom of the burpee. You may jump or step over the rower. Hips do not need to open on top. Stepping over is allowed.
- Dumbbells must be held in a front rack position for the thruster; full depth squat and full lockout overhead.
Directly into B (No rest after part A):
Part B: Lift Complex (7 min window)
- 1 Snatch + 1 Hang Snatch + 1 Overhead Squat
Standards:
- Complex must be unbroken.
- Power or squat snatch allowed.
- Hang position must be above the knee.
- The overhead squat must show full depth (hip below knee) and control overhead at the top.
- you can finish your lift after the 7 min mark
Scoring:
- Score A: Total completed reps in AMRAP.
- Score B: Heaviest successful complex.
