Workout 25.2 –„Arrival to Harbor“
For Time
Time Cap: 18 minutes
- 30 Toes to Bar
- 10 Power Clean & Jerk @ 60/40 kg
- 20 Chest to Bar Pull-ups
- 8 Power Clean & Jerk @ 70/50 kg
- 10 Bar Muscle-ups
- 6 Power Clean & Jerk @ 80/55 kg
- 15 m Handstand Walk (7.5 m out + 7.5 m back)
Standards:
- All gymnastic movements must begin from a dead hang.
- Power Clean & Jerk must start from the floor; full lockout at top required.
- Handstand Walks must be in unbroken 2.5 m segments.
- A lane is 7.5 m long, divided into three 2.5 m zones.
- Only completed segments count.
Scoring:
- Total reps completed or time to complete full workout.
