Workout 25.2 –„Arrival to Harbor“
Time Cap: 18 minutes
- 30 Toes to Bar
- 10 Power Clean & Jerk @35KG
- 20 Pull ups
- 8 Power Clean & Jerk @40KG
- 10 C2B
- 6 Power Clean & Jerk @45KG
- 5 Wall Walks
Standards:
- All gymnastic movements must begin from a dead hang.
- Power Clean & Jerk must start from the floor; full lockout at top required.
- Wall Walks: Start lying flat with hands on a tape line 139 cm from the wall. The hands may only leave the line once both feet are on the wall. Both hands must reach a second line 25 cm from the wall, then return under control to the start position.
Scoring:
- Total reps completed or time to complete full workout.
