25.2. „Arrival to Harbor“

Workout 25.2 – „Arrival to Harbor“
Time Cap: 18 minutes
- 20 Synchro Toes to Bar
- 10 Synchro Power Clean & Jerk @ 50/35 kg
- 15 Synchro Chest to Bar Pull-ups
- 8 Synchro Power Clean & Jerk @ 60/42.5 kg
- 10 Bar Muscle-ups per athlete (Split as you want/women needs to do atleast 1 BMUs)
- 6 Synchro Power Clean & Jerk @ 70/50 kg
- 15 m Handstand Walk / 7,5m per athlete (7.5 m out & back, alternating)
Standards:
- Synchro TTB, C2B: Both athletes must be at the top of the rep simultaneously.
- Synchro Clean & Jerks: Lockout overhead must be reached synchronously.
- BMUs: Split as you want/women needs to do atleast 1 BMU
- HSW: Alternating, only completed 2.5 m segments count. Each lane is 7.5 m and divided into three zones.
Scoring:
- Total time to finish or total reps completed within cap.
