10 Shuttle Runs (1 rep = 25’ down and 25’ back)
15 Double Dumbbell Shoulder to Overhead (2 DBs)
20 Toes-to-Bar
Time Cap: 8 minutes
WORKOUT VARIATIONS:
Individual 30-54 age-group divisions:
Male: 50-lb dumbbells
Female: 35-lb dumbbells
Individual 55-59 age-group divisions:
Male: 35-lb dumbbells
Female: 20-lb dumbbells
Scoring:
Total rounds + reps.
Shuttle Run 50ft = 1 rep
