2 athletes from the 6 perform one max set of gymnastics movements each per round.
Prior to each attempt, athletes complete:
10x Synchro Down Ups
20x (10,10) Synchro Single Arm DB OH Lunges 22.5/15kg

TEAM COMPOSITION
Team Captains should build out 2 Teams of 6 athletes for this workout. Across
the 2 Teams, there should be 7 Male athletes and 5 Female athletes. Of those 12
athletes, one should be over 35 years of age and one should be over 40 years of
age. Otherwise, the teams of 6 can be made up of any ratio of Males, Females and
Masters, as the Captain sees fit.
