FLOW:
Athletes will start on the start mat.
At “GO” athletes will move to the Handstand Push Up station to perform the prescribed amount
Next, athletes will move to the barbell and perform the prescribed number of Hang Snatches
Finally, athletes then proceed to the Rower and continue accumulating calories until Time Cap
