Ouvrir le timer6 minutes to find max weight of the complex: 5 deadlifts 3 hang cleans 1 shoulder to OH THIS COMPLEX MUST BE PERFORMED UNBROKEN FLOW: Athletes will start behind the lifting platform At “GO” athletes will enter the platform and load the barbell, then work on the unbroken lifting complex Athletes must declare the weight to the judge If a no rep is granted at any point during the complex, athletes can continue working UNLESS they let go of the barbell Barbell must be lifted off the ground before the time cap No dirty loading Smaller size plates must be on the outside of the barbell and inside the clips. Barbells must have both clips before being lifted Lifting area needs to be clear of plates before attempting the complex Stepping ON any platform line will be a no rep, the athlete MUST start the complex from the beginning
