FLOW:
Athletes will start on the start mat.
At “GO” athletes will move to the Rig and start working on the designated number of Bar Muscle Ups
Then athletes will move to accumulate the designated handstand walk distance (10’,5’) in 5’ unbroken increments
After, athletes will move to the Dumbell station to perform the prescribed amount of Alternating Single Arm Devil’s Press
Athletes will return to the Rig to start the second round and continue working as described above, adding 10’(5’ for 60+) to each handstand walk, until the 9 min time cap is called
