24.5 - “Run, Forrest, run!”

Ouvrir le timer4 Rounds for Time (12 min Time Cap) 10 sandbag squats (on the shoulder) 100’ sandbag carry (on the shoulder) 150 meter run on the field 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54 - Sandbag 150/100# 55-59, 60-64, 65+ - Sandbag 100/50# FLOW: Athletes will start on the start mat. At “GO” athletes will move to the Sandbag and perform 10 Sandbag squats Then athletes will proceed to carry the sandbag a distance of 100’ When done with the carry, athletes will drop the sandbag and proceed to run 150m, (75 m down and 75 m back) After, athletes will return to perform sandbag squats to start the second round Athletes will keep moving in this fashion until completing 4 rounds Time will be called when the athletes return to the finish line after the last run
