Individuals For Time:
At the count of 3,2,1 Go! Individuals will complete the following as a relay:
15 Foot Handstand Walk (RX) (Int./Masters: 50 double under) (Beginner:75 Single under)
15 Lungesters with sandbag (RX/1st Resp: 75,50) (Int/Masters 50/35) (Beginner 35,25)
15 Box-Over Burpees (RX/1st Resp: 30,24) (Int/Masters 24,20) (Beginner 20/20)
15 Foot Handstand Walk (RX) (Int./Masters: 50 double under) (Beginner:75 Single under)
*Lungester is a lunge with each leg then thruster =1 Rep
*Only RX/1st responder division will perform handstand walks
*There will be a 5 min time cap for individuals
