Déroulé
Ouvrir le timer12 minute AMRAP Part A - Metres on the Ski Erg Part B - Total Rounds + Reps 9 Deadlifts, 6 Hang Cleans, 3 Jerks 5 Syncro Burpees Between Rounds 2 working / 1 resting. Each athlete must complete 1 full round + 5 full team syncro burpees before switching, through the roation of AMRAP - SKI - REST. Intermediate - 60/40kg barbells (must be a hang SQUAT clean) Scaled - 2 x 17.5/12.5kg dumbbells (can power or squat the hang clean)
