9-minute AMRAP 21 Thrusters 21 Chin over Bar Pullups 15 Thrusters 15 Chest to Bar Pullups 9 Thrusters 9 Bar Muscle Ups Weight (Men / Women): Rx: 95 lbs / 65 lbs; 115 lbs / 85 lbs; 135 lbs / 95 lbs Ma: 95 lbs / 65 lbs; 115 lbs / 85 lbs; 135 lbs / 95 lbs; Same as Rx, but they can do 27 Chest to Bar in lieu of 9 BMU Sc: 75 lbs / 45 lbs; Banded pullups (can do no band, if they choose); 95 lbs / 65 lbs; Chin-over-bar pullups (no band allowed); 115 lbs / 75 lbs; Chest-to-bar pullups (or 27 chin-over-bar) Nov: 25 lbs; Jumping pullups; 35 lbs; Banded pullups (big band); 45 lbs; Banded pullups (small band) Judge: Cross off reps as sets are completed. If a set is not completed, write down the number of reps next to it and circle it.
