Ouvrir le timerEquipment needed - Pull-Up Rig - Wall Balls (20/14) FORMAT : Ladder for Rds + Reps (12 min) - SCORE = Total Reps - TIE BREAKER -- Time Stamp (after last set of Wall Balls) Description : Team Scaled - * 5+1 * A) Partner Step Over Burpees (Partner must be in plank) B) Pull-Ups C) Wall Balls (20/14) (10') (NOTES) * One teammate must be in Dead Hang on the pull-up bar for any working reps to be counted. * Teams may switch/rotate however and whenever they'd like. (MODIFIED) B) Jumping Pull-Ups (MIN WORK REQUIRED) = Finishing 105+ reps (Finishing Round 9)
