A) Partner Step Over Burpees (Partner must be in plank)
B) Pull-Ups
C) Wall Balls (20/14) (10')
(NOTES)
* One teammate must be in Dead Hang on the pull-up bar for any working reps to be counted.
* Teams may switch/rotate however and whenever they'd like.
