3 Burpee Over DB
3 Single Arm DB Hang Clean to Overhead
30’ Walking Lunge (2x15’)
*After completing each round, add 3 reps to the burpees and Hang Clean to Overhead. Lunge distance does not change.
Women: 20-lb (10kg) dumbbell
Men: 35-lb (15kg) dumbbell
