Lunge distance does not change. Low: Women: 15-lb (7kg) dumbbell Men: 30-lb (13kg) dumbbell Mid: Women: 20-lb (10kg) dumbbell Men: 35-lb (15kg) dumbbell Hi: Women: 25-lb (11kg) dumbbell Men: 40-lb (18kg) dumbbell Scaled: 15 min AMRAP 3 Burpees 3 DB Hang Clean to Overhead 20’ Walking Lunge (2x10’) *After completing each round, add 3 reps to the burpees and Hang Clean to Overhead.
