Ouvrir le timerAdaptive CrossFit Open 25.1- Seated 1 - Without Hip Rx: 15 min AMRAP 3 Slam Balls 3 DB Hang Clean to Overhead 30’ Wheelie (2x15’) *After completing each round, add 3 reps to the slam balls and Hang Clean to Overhead. Wheelie distance does not change. Women: 15-lb (7kg) dumbbell, 10lb (4kg) med ball Men: 25-lb (11kg) dumbbell, 14lb (6kg) med ball Scaled: 15 min AMRAP 3 Slam Balls 3 DB Hang Clean to Overhead 30’ Wheel (2x15’) *After completing each round, add 3 reps to the slam balls and Hang Clean to Overhead.
