3 Slam Ball to Box
3 DB Hang Clean to Overhead
30’ wheel (2x15’)
*After completing each round, add 3 reps to the ball slam and Hang Clean to Overhead. Wheel distance does not change.

10-lb (5kg) dumbbell, 8-lb (3kg) med ball, 24" box
