3 Minute Max Meter Bike 3 Minute Max Meter Row 1 Minute Rest 3 Minute Max Rep Double Dumbbell Squat 35/20 *One partner starts on the Bike the other on the Row. At 3 minutes partners switch. Then rest 1 minute. On the Squats. One partner will work at a time with 1 set of dumbbells. **This will be a two score workout: One score being: Total meters on the bike and row One score being: Total squats
