·        10 Thrusters 40kg/25kg
Score – Time taken to complete 5 Rounds
Format –
·        Athletes will begin on the rower
·        On completion of 20 Calories athletes will move to the Barbell
·        Thrusters can begin with a squat clean or power clean into thruster
·        This continues until all 5 rounds are complete
·        Athletes must show 0 Cals on Rower to being workout and 100 Cals on Monitor at completion
