16:00 AMRAP 50 Wall Balls 3 Bar Muscle Ups/ 9 Pull Ups 50 Burpees Over The Bar/ Burpees 2 Bar Muscule Ups/ 6 Pull Ups 50 Snatches 1 Bar Muscle Up/ 3 Pull Ups ^^^Athletes will rotate in order and tag when switching. Athletes must complete 1 rep before tagging out.
