RX 50 Double unders 21 Deadlifts 225/155 15 Toes to bar 9 Chest to bar SCALED 50 Singles 21 Deadlifts 155/125 15 Knee raises 9 Hand release push ups ^^^Relay style. One athlete works at a time to complete all movements before the next athlete takes their turn. You will then complete as many double unders or singles in any remaining time.
