I f you did not complete the workout before the time cap add 1 second for every rep you did not complete to the 9:00 minutes. For instance: If you completed 145 out of the 165 reps you would add 20 more seconds to the cap for the 20 reps you did not complete...score would be 9:20. Do not add the addtional seconds for reps not completed to your tie break time. It has to be added to the 9:00 minute time cap.
