SCORING INSTRUCTIONS!!
DIFFERENT FROM GAMES SITE!
If you completed
the workout before the time cap enter your time that you finished.
I
f you did not complete
the workout before the time cap add 1 second for every rep you did not complete to the 9:00 minutes.
For instance: If you completed 145 out of the 165 reps you would add 20 more seconds to the cap for the 20 reps you did not complete...score would be 9:20.
Do not add the addtional seconds for reps not completed to your tie break time. It has to be added to the 9:00 minute time cap.
For time:
21 deadlifts, 225 lb.
21 handstand push-ups
15 deadlifts, 225 lb.
15 handstand push-ups
9 deadlifts, 225 lb.
9 handstand push-ups
21 deadlifts, 315 lb.
50-ft. handstand walk
15 deadlifts, 315 lb.
50-ft. handstand walk
9 deadlifts, 315 lb.
50-ft. handstand walk
Time cap: 9 min.
