800m Run (together)
50 Pull Ups (shared)
100 Press Ups (shared)
150 Air Squats (shared)
800m Row (400m each)
WOD 1 - A New Hope
3,2,1 GO The pair will start their 800m run together head back into the gym and share (however they like) 50 Pull Ups, 100 Press Ups and 150 Air Squats (at required standard) then they will finish with a shared 800m Row (400m each unbroken)
RX & INT - Workout as perscribed
SC - Ring Row & Kneeling Press Ups
You cannot start exercises until both the pair are back in their square from their run.
