"There Goes my Life" Pt.1

Déroulé

40 Dball ground to overhead
(Dball Slam or Dball clean and press is allowed)
Each rep must end in full overhead lockout with ankles,hips, arms and ball in a vertical line.  You must demonstrate control in the overhead position for rep to count.
*this is part 1 of workout #1 and will be scored seperately.
Competive division : M - 70# | F -50#
Fitness and all Age groups: M - 50# | F - 30#
