"There Goes my Life" Pt.1

Déroulé
Teams of 2 will perform 60 Dball Ground to Overhead (Dball Slam or Dball clean and press is allowed) Athletes may split/share repetitions as needed with one athlete working at a time. Each rep must end in full overhead lockout with ankles,hips, arms and ball in a vertical line. You must demonstrate control in the overhead position for rep to count. *this is part 1 of workout #1 and will be scored seperately. Teams Divisions: M - 50# | F - 30#
