"There Goes my Life" Pt.2

Déroulé
60 Dball ground to overhead + 1 Mile Run (Dball Slam or Dball clean and press is allowed) Athletes may split/share repetitions as needed. Each rep must end in full overhead lockout with ankles,hips, arms and ball in a vertical line. You must demonstrate control in the overhead position for rep to count. Upon completing the DBall overhead repetitions, athletes proceed immediately into a 1 mile partner run holding a team rope. *this is part 2 of workout #1 and will be scored in total time. Teams Divisions: M - 50# | F - 30# All Divisions run 1 mile.
