With a 9 minute running clock TEST 2 (E4) - DOUBLE FRAN** 2 ROUNDS of: 21-15-9 THRUSTERS ADV 95/65, INT 75/55, FUN 55 PULL UP BAR MOVEMENT PULL UP BAR MOVEMENT ROUND 1 – ADV C2B PULL UPS, INT Chin-over bar Pull ups, W FUN Ring Rows ROUND 2 – ADV T2B, INT T2B, W FUN Hanging Knee Raises **One athlete must perform handstand hold (W FUN Wall Walk Hold) while teammate performs couplet for repetition to count (ie A1 Couplet, A2 HS hold, A3 Rest/Wait to be tagged in). Athletes may switch at any point during the workout. With remaining time, then IMMEDIATELY perform: TEST 3 (E5) – CALI BEAR With remaining time – Max Barbell CLEAN & JERKS, ADV 185/135 lbs, INT 145/85 lbs, W FUN 65 NOTE: Team will have a total of 9 minutes to complete both TEST 2 and TEST 3.
