All athletes begin on their start/finish mat. On the call of GO! The team will run to their worm at the 21 marker to begin their thrusters. Once the team has completed their 21 thrusters they will head to the pull up rig to begin their pull ups. The athletes can work in any pairing through the pull ups. Once all the pull ups have been completed, the team will head their worm and clean it onto the shoulders and carry it forwards to the 15 marker. Once at the 15 marker the team can begin their next set of thrusters. Once all thrusters have been completed, they can drop the worm and head back to the rig to work through their 30 pull ups. Once the pull ups have been completed, the team will head back to their worm, clean it up and carry it to marker 9. They can then begin their final set of thrusters. After the final set of thrusters and pull ups, the team will run to their start/finish mat. Once they cross onto the mat, the judge will record the teams time.

Worm Thrusters 大虫火箭推
Each reps starts with the athletes on the same side of the worm, with the worm resting on their shoulders. At the bottom, each athletes hip crease must clearly pass below the top of his or her knees at the same time.
At the top, each athletes hip and knees must remain fully extended as the worm is lifted over the athletes heads and moved to their opposite shoulder. The arms do not need to reach full extension as the worm is move overhead.
The athletes may be in any order, but each section of the worm does not weight the same.

Synchro Pull Ups 同步引体向上
At the bottom of the pull up, both athletes arms must be fully extended. Dead hang, kipping or butterfly pull ups are allowed, as long as requirements are met. At the top, both athletes’ chins must clearly pass above the bar at the same time. If one athlete does not pass over the bar, or if the athletes chins don’t pass over at the same time, that is a no rep.
