Ouvrir le timerIn a 5 minute window, the athlete will move the barbell from Ground to Overhead in any manner at the weight chosen by the athlete. The score will be the total weight moved in the 5 minute period. For example: If the athlete chooses 135 lbs and performs 50 repetitions of the Ground to Overhead movement the score (50x135) would be 6750 lbs.
