THE WORKOUT
Athletes will complete two 6 minute AMRAPS. In both AMRAPS athletes will continue through the work in the 6 minutes adding 2 reps to the movements each round, so their rep scheme will be 2, 2, 4, 4, 6, 6, 8, 8 and so on until the time cap.
