50 Wall Balls
(25 each)
30 Snatches
50 Wall Balls (25 each)
30 Clean and Jerks
50 Wall Balls (25 each)
Workout Details and Specifications:
Wall ball weight at 14/12  to a 10'/9' target
Barbell Weight is 75/55
Wall balls may be broken up however but each athlete must do equal sets of 25 each.
