Event 3
"Move it our lose it V2”
In 3 minutes:
Row 400m
9 Burpee Box Jump overs 20”
Max Thrusters 30 kg
Rest 1 minute between rounds, then repeat until 45 Thrusters are complete.
Cap: 15 minutes
Workout Notes:
Athletes will begin seated on the rower, at the sound of the tone they will perform 400m row, before moving forward to perform 9 burped box jump overs, and then max thrusters in the time remaining.
After the 3 minute interval, they will be given 1 minute to reset on the rower before starting the second round.
They will continue in this fashion until 45 thrusters have been completed. Time will be taken when the athlete runs across the finish line.
